Individual therapy is an opportunity to discuss your problems in a one on one setting with a qualified therapist. Appointment times for individual therapy are scheduled directly with your counselor. The Clinical Director makes recommendations for individual therapy.
Family therapy is a type of psychological counseling (psychotherapy) that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. It is usually provided by a psychologist, clinical social worker, or licensed therapist.
Medication therapy is an opportunity for you and other clients to explore common issues and concerns about medications in an individual or group setting facilitated by one of the DOBI counselors.
