Group Therapy

Groups can act as a support network and a sounding board. Other group members often help you develop specific ideas for improving a challenging situation or life challenges and hold you accountable along the way. Regularly talking and listening to others also helps you put your problems in perspective. 

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is an opportunity to discuss your problems in a one on one setting with a qualified therapist. Appointment times for individual therapy are scheduled directly with your counselor. The Clinical Director makes recommendations for individual therapy.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a type of psychological counseling (psychotherapy) that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. It is usually provided by a psychologist, clinical social worker, or licensed therapist. 

Medication Therapy

Medication therapy is an opportunity for you and other clients to explore common issues and concerns about medications in an individual or group setting facilitated by one of the DOBI counselors.
