Medication Therapy is an opportunity for you and other clients to explore common issues and concerns about medications in an individual or group setting facilitated by our clinical team. A common concern when beginning medication stems from a fear of the unknown.
Group Therapy can act as a support network and a sounding board. Other members in the group often help you come up with specific ideas for improving a difficult situation or life challenging and hold you accountable along the way. Regularly talking and listening to others also helps you put your problems into perspective. Many people during group therapy experience mental health difficulties, but few speak openly about them to people they do not know well.
Depression is not a sign of weakness and It is not something you can just “snap out of.” It is an illness that requires professional treatment. Yet with the right care, people can feel better. Antidepressant medications can be helpful for reducing depression symptoms in some people, especially in people with severe depression. Pinpoint life events that contribute to your depression and help find ways to change, accept, or adapt to those situations.

Our Treatment Eligibility
DOBI Healthcare Services, LLC is a healthcare service agency that provides outpatient mental health rehabilitation services to children, adolescents, and adults. Services are provided to individuals who meet medical necessity requirements resulting from a diagnosis of a severe mental health disorder or emotional disturbance. As our client, you have certain responsibilities that will keep you in your treatment program.
Show consideration and respect for others, both staff and peer’s times. Inappropriate behavior includes romantic/ physical contact, violence, threatening, or menacing behavior, running inside, vulgar language, or gestures.
To benefit from your treatment, you must participate actively; you must meet with your counselor at least once a week. If you are unable to keep a medical appointment or counseling session, please notify us. Cooperation will get you everything. Make an honest effort that you are worth it! Ask questions if you do not understand. Provide accurate information to the best of your ability. Follow instructions and express concern when it is appropriate.

At DOBI Healthcare our goal is to provide positive, effective, and individualized services to individuals in the least restrictive environment; that allows them to experience improvement and stability of symptoms of a mental or emotional disorder. Individuals in our program can experience growth through their ability to reach their highest potential, improve their quality of life, and improve their overall life satisfaction. Treatment at DOBI is determined through evaluation by a licensed child and adolescent psychiatrist or licensed psychologist or clinical social worker.
At our center, we utilize an individualized treatment approach. This approach emphasizes the value of the individual needs of the client, and all interactions the client may have with staff members and with other clients. You are expected to be an active participant in your treatment program. Sharing feelings and communicating openly is important for your treatment. Open communication is encouraged in therapy groups and program activities.

Our program is designed to be a mutual effort of staff and clients. The type of stress which typically leads to psychiatric treatment usually affects many areas of one’s life. The treatment consists of a psychiatrist, medical doctor, social worker, an LMHP. Each discipline conducts assessments to determine treatment needs.
A treatment plan will be formulated based on your individual needs. Changes in your treatment plan will occur as you recover. Discharge planning begins at intake and is an important phase in treatment. It is developed with you during your recovery process.
Treatment Program Is Designed to:
- Accurately assess behavior, social and emotional issues
- Work collaboratively with family and clinical team members to establish a treatment that emphasizes strength, development of interpersonal skills, and identification of personal, family, family, and community resources
- Provides short-term evidence-based treatment with the culturally competent multidisciplinary team that is individualized, consumer-centered, family-focused, community-based, and least restrictive
- Evaluate the outcomes and success of the program through quality management resources
